Ban/Warn Appeal (Format)

Things to you should know first...
You may only appeal a particular warning or ban only once.
If you are banned from the forums, then you have lost your privilege to appeal your ban.

When you appeal for your ban, Eternity's community will the be ones to pass judgement on your situation. Depending on the opinions provided, your appeal may be accepted or denied. Nevertheless, this is your only chance to be redeemed for your mistake and be a part of Eternity again.
